Generally, there is no age limit to jumping, except you are old and grey. However, at Fly Over Park, we only provide indoor trampolining for children under 12 years old. This is currently what our equipment at staff can handle.

Our policy frowns against walk-ins; this is why we have online tickets. We can only handle what our facility can take per time. We will not reject you if you walk-in but only on the condition that our facility is not maxed out. We, therefore, implore all our customers to buy tickets online to guarantee their jump time. Fridays through Sundays are particularly quite hectic; the same goes for school holidays.

You can also make bookings in person and pay in cash. However, if you are registering online, payment is made online.

No, you can’t do that. Money validates registration. You can only be issued a ticket when you have made payment.

Underweight children i.e., children with low BMI for their age, are not advised to be allowed on the trampoline. Also, we urge parents with sick children to keep them from jumping because it is quite dangerous.

Yes, you must sign a waiver before your Child (ren) or ward will be allowed to jump. You can choose to fill out the waiver form here online or bring a printed company to the park. Your dependent will not be permitted to purchase a ticket or jump if you have not signed the waiver form. Kindly make sure to read the waiver thoroughly as ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

Yes, you must sign the waiver every time you purchase a ticket or bring your Child(ren) to our indoor park. It is not a one in a lifetime agreement.

Yes, parents or guardians must be with their ward while jumping. The parent may also appoint an adult to monitor the trampolining. This is to make sure that the Child is obeying all the rules given. We have employee(s) on standby as a precautionary measure. They report children breaking the rules and enforce revocation of privileges.

Yes, someone can bring your child to the park. However, the person must have a valid I.D. and a means of connection with Child. Possibly a written and signed note.

Bringing outside food and beverage is prohibited at Fly Over Park. If you are hungry, we have a food stand in our park where you can get something delicious. For your group events and facility rentals, your book for your food with our indoor catering service company.

No, a reservation cannot be canceled because the tickets are non-refundable. But you can choose to appear in the park or not. For group event bookings, head-count may change, and dates can be rescheduled but with a five-day notice. Anything less and the reservation is forfeited.

There is no dress code for trampolining at (company name). What is essential is that your Child(ren) is dressed as comfortably as possible. Wear comfortable outfits such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts—no sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. Shoes are not allowed on trampolines only socks are. No jewelry is permitted on the trampolines.

You should come with a printed version of your ticket. But if this is impossible, kindly come with the order number on your card or show the cashier your email confirmation. The cashier will look it up in our system and let you in.

A child with a cast will not be allowed on the trampoline. Knowing that jumping is quite risky, motion-limiting devices such as casts, braces, slings, splints, crutches, etc. are not allowed on the trampoline.
These devices restrict body movement, which makes it more challenging to break a fall and cause more injuring. People with prosthetic legs are exempted; this is because the prosthetic limb is part of their regular living routine.

The host of the event is expected to be there an hour before to make sure things are going as planned. Other guests can arrive later although its best they arrive at the scheduled time so they can get the full experience.

For group event bookings, you can have additional jumpers, but booking for the extra must be made 48 hours before the scheduled date so that necessary arrangements can be made.

The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because the ticket is issued solely to the person signing the waiver, and the names are signature is appended. Tickets are exclusively for the person to which it was assigned; however, it can be rescheduled with a maximum of 24 hours’ notice.
